Thaksin assets appeal rejected

The Supreme Court not accept for consideration an appeal by previous prime minister and his family against to taking of their assets. The Supreme Court attended by 119 judges but 12 judges were absent. Thaksin's lawyer receive that if the appeal was rejected the case would be closed and the the 46.37 billion baht in assets would be confiscated. The Supreme Court's Criminal Division for Holders of Political Positions ruled that Thaksin and his family try to cover their Shin Corp shares and Thaksin use his position as prime minister to enrich the company. The court ordered to take 46.37 billion baht, 76.6 billion baht which from selling their stake and the court also found the sum had been collect through corrupt. Thaksin and his family members agree their appeal to the court. In conclusion of the examine process, the committee agreed its report for a complete meeting of the court's judges to make a final ruling

TCC: 20% new export target too high

The Ministry of Commerce's updating of its growth target for this year to 20 per cent with a total cost of US$189 billion, so it is too high. Pornsilp Patcharintanakul, deputy secretary general of the Thai Chamber of Commerce said that some economic show that the world's economy has a slowly expand in the second half of the year and the unemployment rate was high. It will difficult for government to achieve their target. He expected the exports would grow by about 16 percent with a total cost US$178 billion.

Jack is a 3 months old puppy live on the street and no food. Jantanee is a 5 months old female mixed pedigree. First we found him at temple with broken legs and so dirty. Now he still have no one adopt him. Ampha is a 3 months old female puppy with a skinny body not healthy.

The reason that I choose this news is because not because it is short but. I want to show everyone that now our world. Not only baby or children are left alone or been abandon. But also animal and other living things. That mean that’s our world so painful. But that doesn’t mean that all people is mean but most of it. Many people like to say we are civilize but in fact human are more wild than animal. Animal never kill each other for money or lie. But we can so now whose are animal. For opinion I think that the more we are civilize the more we are close to animals.

CPN stepping up pace of renovations

Central Pattana Plc is speed up the renovation of it shopping mall and Zen department store, which are damaged during political crisis in May. The end of next month CentralWorld will reopen and a budget of this renovation is 2.8 billion baht. They want CentralWorld will return in much better than before. CPN has accept from the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration's Public Works Department to renovate this shopping mall. CentralWorld has three section to renovate include 80% of mall space, the Atrium Zone and food area on the sixth and seventh floors, and Zen and adjacent areas. The decoration will focus on innovative designs.Our new designs have many style combine water and air that will make people more interesting. And we also develop our security system that helps us to protect from fire accident. For example smoke detectors. And in the other store CPN, said that they will try the best to help them and will not correct any rent until. Central World is open. CPN in the stock market exchange was 23.30 Bath.

In my opinion, CentralWorld is my favorite shopping mall. When it been damaged by red shirt, I'm very upset. Now, they will renovate and develop it again. This news will make a good image for Thailand and it will help Thailand's economy too. The shop owners in CentralWorld have an effect because they do not have place to sale their goods and they also lose a lot of money. So this is a benefit to everyone include shop owners can have place to sale their goods, me and my friends will have our favorite shopping mall back and it will good for image of Thailand.

Fashion Fair

The Thailand Fashion Expo in October is expected to help further improve business in the Ratchaprasong area. The Commerce Ministry will join with CentralWorld, Siam Paragon, and leading local brand owners. The government has funding, 50 million, include business matchmaking, and exhibitions of leading local products. The fair would include conference with two world-renowned designers who are Vivienne Westwood and Nunthirat "Koy" Suwannagate. They will showcase their work at the event. In parallel with the expo, a designer competition reality show will be transmit on Channel 9.

In my opinion, I'm very agree with this project because the effect of political crisis is make a lot of trouble to many owners business around an area. The reason that they have this project because they want Thai's economy to get better after the political crisis. That means Thai people still love and taking care of each other. I am so happy of this news. I hope Thaialnd will be better than this. The reason that I choose thia new is because I love fashion and i want to show that Thai people still love each other.

Thailand Mekong dams

Thailand disagrees with the Chinese government about planning to build 12 hydropower dams on the lower of Mekong river. They said that dams would be destroy the river and cause lots of damage.

Prasarn Maruekpithak and Surajit Chiraveth were invited by the Mekong River Commission to attend a workshop in Vietnam. The meeting discussed four options including to scrap all the dam project, to delay it for study of the impact, to build a dam as pilot project, and to move ahead with plans to build 12 dams.

The meeting that said the only benefit of dams was electricity production, and that there were many other choice source that can be apply. Lao agrees with Thailand because their country is the end of international waterway, so their will affected the most. China's four dams on the upper have already destroyed the river's ecosystem.

In my opinion, I disagree with what Chinese's government is going to do because it will cause a lot damage to international river. But the reason that no one complain what Chinese do is because Chinese is the second powerful country in the world and we just are the third world country, so I think that this world is not fair. It just depend on who has a lot more money and authority.

For my opinion I think nowadays pc is very important. Almost everyone have their own pc in their house. And I think that in the future the pc economic will get better. The Asian Pacific Market Japan PC market grew every 15 percent and 36 percent per year. Meanwhile Thailand pc market is recovering after political problem.

Byanma Associate Vice President of Asia-Pacific devices and Peripheas research AIDC say that the second quarter of the year China and Indonesia was a great competitor for Japan. It almost reaches to Japan. And for notebook Apple iPad is coming so fast grew so quickly in the market. And the number 1 computer brand is Lenovo and second is HP. Ryama also say that if Thailand don’t have political problem its will be lots better than this.

The reason that I choose this new because I want to show that if Thailand don’t have bad politicians or selfish people. Maybe Thailand will be the numbers one in Asian. Because Thailand already have everything resources and smart people but no good people.

But while the investigation he was fall in love with gangster wife. During the movie was trying to compare the war and Shinghai during that time. How does it go the economic and army.

MRTA deputy chief dies of cancer

Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) deputy governor Chukiat Photayanuvat died of cancer on Sunday morning. He was treated at Siriraj hospital. His body was taken to Chonlaprathan Rang Srit Temple. The Funeral will start at 4pm. He was born on Aug 9, 2954. He graduated from the Asian Institute of Technology with a master of mechanical engineering in 1979.

The reason that I choose this news because he was so important to MRT. And nowadays cancer is very scary many people die cause so I want to warn everyone to take care .

Bangkok voted world's best city

Bangkok and Chiangmai has been vote to be the world best city in the Travel + Leisure's 2010 World's Best Awards readers survey. The survey happened before the red shirt situation. Florence in Italy, San Miguel de Allende in Mexico and Rome, Italy were the other cities that made up the top five.Last year, Bangkok ranked the third , but the first this year. The Bangkok governor, MR Sukhumbhand Paribatra will go to New York next week to get the award. This award shows the popularity of Bangkok to foreigners around the world, making better economy in tourism of Thailand.

For my opinion I do agree with this news because I love Bangkok and I think that Bangkok is the best city on the world. The reason that I choose this news is because I really proud of this news that our city become the best city over the world while our political problem.

Population student

The new was about population student in class that increasing. In the first paragraph the new said that government has allowed the school to have 50 students per class more than the old laws that’s 40.Even nowadays many students have past the admission exam but still old problem when u get in the class have too much student. But while the numbers of student numbers increase the numbers of teacher or other resources not increase. Therefore Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva suggested that there should be more outdoor activities for the student to do if the class sizes are more likely to be bigger and bigger .After having written the initial education reform, the prime minister Abhisit visited the officials to make sure that a next attempt would not cause any mistakes. The possible solution to solve the problem is to make a public pole to collect information, which can be use for the improvement of the next reform. And in north east there was one school that separate class into two classes.

For my opinion I agree with this news because. I have been in this situation before with many students and not enough teachers it was very hard time for me. I choose this news because I wanted to show how bad this problem is. That if we want to have smart student we need to fix this problem first.

Many western comics has very interesting context. Many western comics are often available in pocket book size. Which contain 100 pages. And some are using A4 paper. For example Superman, Batman or Dracula. That can help improve vocabulary.

Reading

Sometimes reading can help student improve some skill and vocabulary. Or even some book can teach moral for student good or bad.

Writing you own

Sometime writhing your own comics’ book. Can help student learn more grammar correctly and know more vocabulary .For example children write the conversation. They will know how to speak too.

Speaking

Many event student can be ask to act a role play like in the comic. And best way to learning English is to speaking. But still student in Thailand aren’t read much English comics. But read manga instead.

For my opinion I agree with this news because the way to get in to children is to know what they like and use it. Because nowadays many teacher use only text book to teach them and lets student read it don’t have any activities. The reason that I choose this news is because children is important to our world they are growing up the be a adults to be important people in the future.

Gen Taweep banned over Olympic 'cheat' outburst

Thai amateur boxing boss Gen Taweep Jantararoj has been banned by AIBA because of his comment on about refrees and judges at 2008 Olympic games in Beijing . Director of AIBA said that Taweep have an interview in the televison after the game . Taweep doubt about the boxing match . He said that it is unfair about the juddment. He also said that one of the Thai official judd were trying to sell her country . And on the AIBA say Gen was no respect and dont have any sports man ship .He was baned for 12 months and have to pay for 90000 bath .
And the last he said ' I will step down if it necessary to do so '

I do agree what AIBA did to Gen because AIBA is a big organization. So that means he needs to do Gen as a example he said thing that he should not be supposed to say. But I do agree with Gen to beacause I have been watch the Olympic and it's really doesn't look fair beacuse many time that Thai boxer punch and he doesn't get score. Maybe this could be an example that shows he is not a real sport man or he is just a brave man who wants to say the right thing!

Thongchai off to flying start at Scottish Open

Thongchai Jaidee made a good start at scottish yesterday and was four-under par after nine holes in joining the third place. Thongchai have a excellent start with birdies at the first two holes and have birdies and make him become a leader of the tournament. And Thongchai get ready for the tournament next week at St Andrew

The reason why I choose this news is that now in Thailand we don't have many famous sport players like in the past. In Thailand, we have Paradon and that's it. But now that Thongchai have been to many big tournament and that make him so proud of himself and this new is one his success. For my opinion I think that this is not really his top from because in the next game he can do a lot better than this.
